As many of us have been in a type of retreat these past few months, we’ve got a sense of what it feels like to get off the hamster wheel.  The constrictive, often ruminative thoughts that kept our lives bound but intact, have quieted.  Maybe we’ve seen our nature is vaster than we ever knew.  But it took Mother Nature bringing us to our knees to move into this space.  While some are looking for mercy, others have experienced this humble stance as sacred and a new home base.  I’ve heard several people say that through this time, they are the person they have always aspired to be.  The next question is how can you bring this transformation forward?  What can it look like in the coming months and years?  Below are 5 questions to help. These work best if you journal your responses.

  • Through this stay-home period, what have you discovered about your life?
  • What beliefs/behaviors have you lessened or released because they no longer serve?
  • What are you inviting into your days that has enhanced your connection to your heart and spirit?
  • What do you want integration to feel/look like starting now and into the future?
  • What ideas/behaviors do you intend to carry forward to make that happen?
