Berry Fruit Parfait

¼ cup sliced strawberries

1/8 cup fresh blueberries

1/8 cup sliced kiwi

1/8 cup sliced papaya

¼ of plain non-fat yogurt

1/8 granola

fresh basil

Method: Mix fruit together with basil, layer with yogurt and sprinkle granola over the top.

Notes: Adding nuts or other fruit such as citrus segments can enhance the immune-boosting even more.
