DESCRIPTION:When: Twice Monthly\, Mondays\, 6-7 pm \nWhere: Online via Zoom \nFor Who: For all levels of experience \nJust like our long-running\, in-person Meditation Essentials class\, the online version is for all levels of experience\, from novices to those with long-time practices. Each class will begin with guidance on how to ease body and mind into guided meditation practice.  Over the course of the hour\, we will engage in 3-4 meditations that may include any of the following: \n• Mindfulness/Connecting with our Senses\n• Silent Mantra\n• Cultivating Gratitude\n• Loving-Kindness (a way of setting intentions) \nIn addition to basic instruction\, there are opportunities to dialogue in between each meditation about quieting the highly active mind and dealing with distractions.  Questions related to your experience are always encouraged. \nEach session is designed to be stress-relieving and empowering. \nWith registration\, links to the online meditation room will be sent out 4-6 hours before the class.  Only one registration is needed for couples and members of the same household taking the class. \nLevel 3: Standard Fee:  $15 for those who can pay without strain on their budgets \n\n  \nLevel 2: Reduced Fee:  $10 for those who experience some financial limitation in being able to afford workshop experiences \n\n  \nLevel 1: Reduced Fee:  $8 for those who experience financial hardship that prevents them from being able to participate in workshop experiences

When these emotions are chronic\, they can lead to more serious mental health issues depleting our energy\, motivation and peace of mind. Addressing mental well-being for all begins with ongoing education and practice. \nRefilling the Well is an online program that helps your leaders and employees: \n• Reduce their daily stressors\n• Prevent burnout\n• Apply the latest science to support their mental health\n• Integrate holistic practices to nurture their mental well-being \nIn our second year of offering Refilling the Well\, we’ll explore topics that range from helping your kids find calm to cultivating gratitude\, while continuing to integrate mindful moments and the healing power of reconnecting mind\, body and spirit. This year\, we’ll also include interviews with experts and access to additional live meditation and mindfulness classes. \n“I started the series just listening while continuing to work\, and as it went on\, I started getting excited for Tuesdays. I end it with nothing on my screen but you and I find myself wishing it was longer. I think at this point\, I am just so grateful for the guidance\, anything is welcome. Thank you so much.” \nOver the 8 weeks\, every one of the 30-minute live offerings is a combination of stress management practices\, information about mood management and brain fitness as well as inspirations for the week ahead. In addition to the online live sessions\, once registered\, participants will have access to all prior on-demand sessions for the Fall\, 2023 program. \nFall 2023 Topics include: \n• Coping with Climate Crisis\n• Helping Your Kids Find Calm\n• Gratitude Changes Everything\n• Shifting Out of FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) \nRegister your organization before Oct 12th to receive your employee welcome letter template\, along with individual/employee registration and program links. \n“I felt an immediate reduction in stress and anxiety which lasted through most of the week as a result of attending these sessions. I learned practical and meaningful techniques that I am able to use throughout the day and can share with others. This was a 100% positive experience! I like hearing the science behind the practices and would like to hear more of that.”   \nFeeling at peace\, finding joy and tapping our stores of inner wisdom are the keys to well-being\, from the living we do across our workplaces\, communities and homes. Knowing how to cultivate these qualities is the hallmark of resiliency and fulfillment. This wisdom can help guide us on questions we have about the way we perceive and live our lives\, including our aspirations and decisions asking to be made. \nOne of the first journeys is to find an unconditional ally\, symbolized through a power animal\, to guide you toward your inner knowing. DESCRIPTION:In partnership with NHBSR (NH Businesses for Social Responsibility) Tuesdays Live\, 8-8:30 am\, via Zoom\, March 28th-May 16th \nRefilling the Well: A program for workplace mental well-being\nFocused on self-care\, grounded in neuroscience \nWe all deserve to flourish. \nTension\, worry and overwhelm are not permanent states but for leaders and employees\, it can feel like they are here to stay. When these emotions are chronic\, they can lead to more serious mental health issues depleting our energy\, motivation and peace of mind. Addressing mental well-being for all begins with ongoing education and practice. \nRefilling the Well is an online program that helps your leaders and employees:\n• Reduce their daily stressors\n• Prevent burnout\n• Apply the latest science to support their mental health\n• Integrate holistic practices to nurture their mental well-being \n“I started the series just listening while continuing to work\, and as it went on\, I started getting excited for Tuesdays. I end it with nothing on my screen but you and I find myself wishing it was longer. I think at this point\, I am just so grateful for the guidance\, anything is welcome. In addition to online live and on-demand sessions\, once registered\, participants will have access to a portal of guided meditations and sensory break practices. \nFeeling at peace\, finding joy and tapping our stores of inner wisdom are the keys to well-being\, from the living we do across our workplaces\, communities and homes. Knowing how to cultivate these qualities is the hallmark of resiliency and fulfillment. We do this best when we understand our inner workings through ongoing education\, support\, and meditative practice. \n“I felt an immediate reduction in stress and anxiety which lasted through most of the week as a result of attending these sessions. SUMMARY:Meditation Essentials
DESCRIPTION:Twice Monthly\, Mondays\, 6-7 pm\, Online \nJust like our long-running\, in-person Meditation Essentials class\, the online version is for all levels of experience.  Over the course of the hour\, we will engage in 3-4 meditations and you will have opportunities to ask questions in between.  In addition to basic instruction\, we’ll explore quieting the highly active mind and dealing with distractions.  Each session is designed to be stress relieving and empowering. \nWith registration\, links to the online meditation room will be sent out 4-6 hours before the class.  Only one registration needed for couples and members of the same household taking the class. \nLevel 3: Standard Fee:  $15 for those who can pay without strain on their budgets \n\n  \nLevel 2: Reduced Fee:  $10 for those who experience some financial limitation in being able to afford workshop experiences \n\n  \nLevel 1: Reduced Fee:  $8 for those who experience financial hardship that prevents them from being able to participate in workshop experiences

SUMMARY:Refilling the Well:  A Program for Workplace Mental Well-Being
DESCRIPTION:In partnership with NHBSR (NH Businesses for Social Responsibility) Tuesdays Live\, 8-8:30 am\, via Zoom\, March 28th-May 16th \nRefilling the Well: A program for workplace mental well-being\nFocused on self-care\, grounded in neuroscience \nWe all deserve to flourish. \nTension\, worry and overwhelm are not permanent states but for leaders and employees\, it can feel like they are here to stay. When these emotions are chronic\, they can lead to more serious mental health issues depleting our energy\, motivation and peace of mind. Addressing mental well-being for all begins with ongoing education and practice. \nRefilling the Well is an online program that helps your leaders and employees:\n• Reduce their daily stressors\n• Prevent burnout\n• Apply the latest science to support their mental health\n• Integrate holistic practices to nurture their mental well-being \n“I started the series just listening while continuing to work\, and as it went on\, I started getting excited for Tuesdays. I end it with nothing on my screen but you and I find myself wishing it was longer. I think at this point\, I am just so grateful for the guidance\, anything is welcome. Thank you so much.” \nEvery 30-minute live offering is a combination of stress management practices\, information about mood management and brain fitness as well as inspirations for the week ahead.  Each Tuesday morning\, over 8 weeks\, we’ll explore understanding mind traps\, managing stress\, tapping into the body’s ability to create well-being and cultivating mindful living. In addition to online live and on-demand sessions\, once registered\, participants will have access to a portal of guided meditations and sensory break practices. \nFeeling at peace\, finding joy and tapping our stores of inner wisdom are the keys to well-being\, from the living we do across our workplaces\, communities and homes. Knowing how to cultivate these qualities is the hallmark of resiliency and fulfillment. We do this best when we understand our inner workings through ongoing education\, support\, and meditative practice. \n“I felt an immediate reduction in stress and anxiety which lasted through most of the week as a result of attending these sessions. I learned practical and meaningful techniques that I am able to use throughout the day and can share with others. This was a 100% positive experience!
