When these emotions are chronic\, they can lead to more serious mental health issues depleting our energy\, motivation and peace of mind. Addressing mental well-being for all begins with ongoing education and practice. \nRefilling the Well is an online program that helps your leaders and employees: \n• Reduce their daily stressors\n• Prevent burnout\n• Apply the latest science to support their mental health\n• Integrate holistic practices to nurture their mental well-being \nIn our second year of offering Refilling the Well\, we’ll explore topics that range from helping your kids find calm to cultivating gratitude\, while continuing to integrate mindful moments and the healing power of reconnecting mind\, body and spirit. When these emotions are chronic\, they can lead to more serious mental health issues depleting our energy\, motivation and peace of mind. Addressing mental well-being for all begins with ongoing education and practice. \nRefilling the Well is an online program that helps your leaders and employees: \n• Reduce their daily stressors\n• Prevent burnout\n• Apply the latest science to support their mental health\n• Integrate holistic practices to nurture their mental well-being \nIn our second year of offering Refilling the Well\, we’ll explore topics that range from helping your kids find calm to cultivating gratitude\, while continuing to integrate mindful moments and the healing power of reconnecting mind\, body and spirit. This year\, we’ll also include interviews with experts and access to additional live meditation and mindfulness classes. \n“I started the series just listening while continuing to work\, and as it went on\, I started getting excited for Tuesdays. I end it with nothing on my screen but you and I find myself wishing it was longer. I think at this point\, I am just so grateful for the guidance\, anything is welcome. Thank you so much.” \nOver the 8 weeks\, every one of the 30-minute live offerings is a combination of stress management practices\, information about mood management and brain fitness as well as inspirations for the week ahead. Yet\, we often give up on them because they require more of the striving and pushing to achieve that leaves us exhausted. In this Anam Cara (Soul Friend) Circle\, we’ll explore more integrative and restorative pathways to inner alignment to foster outer manifestation. \nRight now\, a need to bring our lives into flow with our spiritual nature has become undeniable. We get there best through a combination of solitude and shared experience as there is deep wisdom held within a gathering of souls\, especially those on a similar quest. The Anam Cara Circle is a hybrid of learning journey and small group coaching. Each session\, we will employ spiritual practices and coaching tools to unwrap your personal vision and support its manifestation.
