Let Your Yoga Dance

Just a simple comment on tonight’s YogaDance class—as a psychologist I am fascinated by mind body practices to shift perception and mood. Being able to dance in this combination of free form and structure not only releases stress on a deep level but it lifts the negativity that you don’t need ( I know I don’t need it). I love being able to “get out of my own way”. We hope to keep periodically offering YogaDance but if you are reading this and don’t live in the Southern NH area, I’d recommend going to the kripalu.org website for a list of teachers around the country and journeydance.com ( another type of YogaDance that is truly liberating).
