1 cup low-fat kefir + 1 peach

1/2 sliced cucumber + 3 tablespoons hummus

¼ cup Barbara’s Puffins Peanut Butter + Chocolate + ½ cup nonfat milk

1/2cup low-fat vanilla yogurt + 2 tablespoons canned pumpkin+ a pinch of pumpkin pie spice
