About Debra LeClair

Debra LeClair has worked extensively in the fields of education, behavioral change, holistic approaches to well-being and work/life coaching. Her experience includes both working with individuals as well as groups and organizations. Throughout her career, Debra has also expressed her love for teaching through workshops and trainings that span topics such as autism to manifesting prosperity. Her personal mission is to spark hope, inspire positive progress and co-create sustainable fulfillment for those seeking to live their life’s purpose.

Hailing from both Southern New England and New Jersey, Debra received Masters Degrees in first clinical and then applied psychology. In 1998, she earned her doctorate in applied psychology at Rutgers University and became a licensed psychologist upon moving to New Hampshire in 2000. Based on a commitment to holistic approaches to health and learning, Full Spectrum Wellness was opened in 2002.

Since then she has received her training in life and executive coaching and has been certified as a life coach as well as a Peoplemap Trainer.

Within the business community Debra serves on the Business Committee for the Manchester Young Professionals Network and on the Board of Directors for the Women's Business Center. In 2007, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) awarded Debra the NH Women in Business Champion of the Year and she also received The Women's Entrepreneurial Spirit Award from the Mary M. Dumais Memorial Fund.

Currently, Debra provides training, coaching and consultation to the public schools, small businesses and corporate groups as well as to athletes, professionals and individuals who are moving within a life change.
