About Full Spectrum Wellness

Located in the historic section of Manchester's Millyards, Full Spectrum Wellness lies in the heart of a resurgent downtown. Created for you, our community, FSW's mission is to provide access to opportunities for the integration of body, mind and spirit through conventional and alternative healing arts, educational resources, cultural and artistic expression, and the celebration of community.

Founded not that long ago, Full Spectrum Wellness offers programs and services designed to meet the needs of professionals, families, groups, adults, adolescents and children. In addition to mental health and health-related services we provide ongoing educational social and cultural opportunities for people of all ages.

Those of us in practice at FSW believe in each person's innate ability to heal and change. Whether the practice is life coaching, psychology, massage, reiki, yoga or meditation, FSW focuses on the person, not the problems that he or she presents.
