about us

our why

In 2002, Full Spectrum Wellness was founded, based on the idea that living is about thriving.  Over the last two decades, our services, classes and retreats have centered on health, healing and creative joy.  Today we take that into growing our collective wisdom together within inclusive community. We feel people should be fulfilled in their work and inspired by their mission, culture and effect.  We also believe that when the wisdom of the body and spiritual connection are nourished, the consciousness that arises helps all lives to flourish.

who we serve

Workplaces of Well-Being:

Cultivating well-being starts with connecting hearts and minds

You care about the psychological safety and mental well-being of your leaders and your employees. It’s important that your organization’s culture reflects a community of purpose and belonging so that every employee can live and work from a place of healthy wholeness.

Conscious Leaders:

Creating work from consciousness & leading from wholeheartedness

You find fulfillment in win-win-win outcomes and focusing on what is enough, over breaking the competition. You favor a definition of growth to include not just revenue and markets, but also the happiness of your people and adding value to your community and industry.

Cultural Creatives:

Integrating the creative, artistic and innovative

Your foundation comes from a passion to express, whether it be through writing, performing or visions manifested in the concrete medium of the fine arts. This aspect of your essence is vital whether you engage in it professionally or as part of your own well-being.

Spiritual Seekers:

Exploring the sacred and divine

Ideas, philosophies and practices that connect to the divine, resonate with you. You are interested in expanding your own spiritual focus and how it can inform and shape your experience, contributing to a higher vibration in the world.
